When my A/C goes down, I get a headache

I don’t know if I’m just getting old or what, but it seems like whenever I don’t have access to central air conditioning of some sort, I end up with a massive headache.

I’ve just recently noticed this happening, but it’s not something that I want to have continue! I hate having headaches, and it seems like once I get one, I have a hard time getting rid of it. A couple of weeks ago, the temperatures outside around here were still really hot. It’s almost the fall, but the weather really hasn’t started cooling off yet. I was still running my central air conditioning on a daily basis at that point, and when I got out of work and made it home, I was in for a bad surprise. I walked in the door and found that the whole place was hot and stuffy. I checked the thermostat and the temperature was almost 80 degrees, even though I had the A/C set at seventy degrees. I messed around with the thermostat for a while, but I couldn’t get anything to happen. No matter what I did to the thermostat, the A/C just wouldn’t come on. Within literally minutes, my head started pounding. The same thing happened to me when I was at my boyfriend’s house and his air conditioning stopped working suddenly. I am almost positive that the reason for my headaches is because I’m just getting overly hot. I guess this means that I’m going to have to make sure that my central air conditioning is always in fantastic working order.
