Every year, around June/July, our company carries out corporate social responsibility [CSR] that targets low-end junior schools.
As a renowned HVAC business in the region, we have built a name that every household identifies with.
We are known for selling wholesale quality HVAC equipment and offering impeccable HVAC service round the clock while our competitors close shop on holidays, weekends, or after official working hours. We use these occasions to improve our revenue margin and build a strong customer base. This year, the CSR takes us to 3 schools where our team divides and conquers to offer different services spearheaded by an HVAC contractor or the school’s appointed a/c workman. Normally we determine the needs for each school upfront before visiting. Being a tropical region, we have lots of cooling system repairs and replacement to handle. My team was responsible for checking whether all the air quality systems met the recommended seer ratings, and whether the schools had air conditioner service plans in place. Another team was responsible for ensuring that the schools are up to date with regular service and repairs have been done on time. Since we were not in a position to provide every HVAC equipment the schools lacked, every school was entitled to at least one air conditioning installation. The quality HVAC we install could last them long, and they get free service from our company. For boarding schools where students stay up late and rise early, we supply some portable space heaters to supplement the radiant heater options they have. The exercise was a success this time as well.
