Dirty air ducts

I’m clearly a bit in awe when it comes to people who are able to go to the nurse without any sort of trepidation. Me, I’m a big scaredy cat when it comes to dealing with a doctor. I know I prefer every time I go in that office, I’ll come out studying for some bad illness that I didn’t know I had. Thankfully, my partner is charming. Not only does she coax our children to the nurse, she has to do the same thing with me. A huge bulk of my time is spent inside the Heating, Ventilation and A/C comfort of my home. It’s where I live and task each day. Lately, I have been noticing a recurring sinus issue and lots of sneezing and coughing. Therefore, my partner pulled me kicking and screaming into the nurse’s office to find out what is going on. By the way, I still don’t understand why they have the Heating, Ventilation and A/C cooling so low in those offices. But, I digress. The doc gave me the once over and I was ready for him to supply me the normal bottle of meds. However this time, that was not the case. He asked me a lot about the environment that I was in. The nurse felt that respiratory concerns were a result of bad indoor air conditions. Instead of prescriptions, he told me to update the Heating, Ventilation and A/C air filter to a HEPA type. He then advocated that I get the HVAC duct wiped out. This caught me by surprise as I didn’t even know that was something that was completed. But he was right. I did both of those Heating, Ventilation and A/C related things and my respiratory concerns went away.
