Time for a clean

She then recommended that I get the duct coil cleaned.

I’m really a bit in awe when it comes to people who are able to go to the dentist without any sort of trepidation. Me, I’m a big scaredy pet when it comes to dealing with a dentist. I know that almost every time I go in that office, I’ll come out learning of some terrible illness that I didn’t believe I had. Thankfully, my partner is attractive. Not only does she coax our children to the dentist, she has to do the same thing with me. Most of my time is spent inside the Heating & A/C comfort of my home. It’s where I live and where I am working almost each afternoon. Lately, I have been noticing a recurring sinus issue & lots of sneezing & coughing. So, my partner pulled myself and others kicking & screaming into the dentist’s office to find out what is going on. By the way, I still don’t understand the reason that they have the Heating & A/C cooling so low in those offices. So, I digress. The doc gave myself and others the once over & I was ready for him to give myself and others the normal fistful of meds. However this time, that was not the case. She asked myself and others a lot about the environment that I was living in. The dentist felt that respiratory complications were a result of exhausting air quality. Instead of prescriptions, she told myself and others to update the Heating & A/C air filter to a HEPA type. She then recommended that I get the duct coil cleaned. This caught myself and others by surprise as I didn’t even believe that was something that is completed. But she was right. I did both of those Heating & A/C related things & my respiratory complications went away.
